Filing of insurance claims is a courtesy that we extend to our patients. All charges are your responsibility from the date of service. We realize that temporary financial problems may affect timely payment. We encourage you to contact our billing specialists to assist in managing your account.
We will gladly answer any questions concerning your Insurance. Your Insurance is a contract between you and your employer and the insurance company. Not all services are covered in all contracts. Please check with your insurance provider to be certain that your service is covered on your insurance plan.
Payment for services are due at the time of service unless payment arrangements have been made. The parent bringing the child into the office is responsible for payment for services rendered. We accept cash, debit, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express.
Returned checks are subject to additional fees.
